Lead Generation Terms
For Quiz Participants and Leads
- Quiz responses are used for business qualification purposes
- Follow-up communications will be sent based on your indicated preferences
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Lead scores and assessments are proprietary to Skip the Noise Media Agency
- We reserve the right to refuse service based on qualification criteria
Lead Generation Advertising
- We run our own ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google to attract potential clients
- Lead generation forms collect information for service qualification
- Retargeting ads may be shown to quiz participants and website visitors
- All lead generation activities comply with platform advertising policies
Marketing Communications Consent
By submitting our quiz or assessment forms, you consent to:
- Receive follow-up emails about your quiz results
- Marketing communications about our services (you can opt out anytime)
- Retargeting advertisements on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
- Being added to our CRM system for lead nurturing purposes
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and campaign materials
- Comply with all advertising platform policies and guidelines
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary strategies and methods
- Provide timely feedback and approvals for campaigns
- Ensure all provided content complies with applicable laws
Payment Terms
- Management Fees: Due within 30 days of invoice date
- Ad Spend: Billed separately through advertising platforms
- Late Payments: Subject to 2% monthly service charge
- Currency: All fees in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Payment Methods: E-transfer, credit card, or wire transfer
Service Level Agreement
- Campaign Launch: Within 5–10 business days of approval
- Reporting: Monthly performance reports provided
- Communication: Response within 24–48 hours during business days
- Optimization: Ongoing campaign monitoring and adjustments
Intellectual Property
- Client Materials: You retain ownership of your brand assets
- Our Methods: We retain rights to our strategies and processes
- Campaign Data: Shared ownership for optimization purposes
- Third-Party Tools: Subject to respective platform terms
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Proprietary business information
- Campaign strategies and performance data
- Client lists and business relationships
- Financial information and pricing
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Third-party platform policy changes
- Campaign performance guarantees
Termination
- Client Termination: 30 days written notice required
- Our Termination: For non-payment or policy violations
- Post-Termination: Outstanding invoices remain due
- Data Transfer: Campaign access transferred within 30 days
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ontario provincial law and Canadian federal regulations. Disputes will be resolved first through good faith negotiation, then mediation if necessary, with Ontario courts as final resort.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
